This program is a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on the adult learner. Professional Development can be illustrated through modeling, reflections, observation, nurturing, and collaboration among all in a learning community.

Teachers will collect and analyze data to create instructions and truly understand that “together we make a difference.” The mentoring program provided is not just for novice educators, but experienced educators as well. Each school has a "hidden curriculum." This program enables a school to continue to be successful and provide quality professional development and mentoring to all teachers in the building, as well as bring more cohesiveness into the school.

Instructor will provide eight (8) hours of training for teachers over either one full or two half days of instruction. All teachers will receive course workbooks. Teachers will be provided with guides for future reference.
