Conflict Resolution - Prep Consultants

Conflict is all around us. We know that many students have not acquired the skill of identifying conflict and as a result many of them are not equipped to handle conflict properly.

 

Our staff has created an extensive conflict resolution workshop geared toward teaching students how to identify and handle conflict that they may encounter. The workshop is interactive and allows students to fully participate in the learning process. Students that participate in the workshop will gain valuable tools such as:

-Knowing how to identify conflict
-Understanding how to deal with different types of conflict
-Self-awareness about their own conflict resolution styles
-When and how to use their conflict resolution style vs. another style
-The positive side of conflict

Instructor will provide one and one half (1-1/2) hour of training for teachers and students. The course is taught by former NFL stars Marques Sullivan and Harold Blackmon. Instructors will provide autographs and pose for pictures with up to five (5) students and/or teachers that the school selects.
