60 Minute Program - can be combined with other Health Education Programs at a discounted rate.

Group will be picked up in a clean school bus and transported to the Robert Crown Center for Health Education in the nearby western suburbs of Chicago.

Through this in-service, teachers explore how to have a positive impact on children and teen’s emotional health and learning within professional boundaries. The compelling in-service includes video-stories of diverse youth, discussion and interactive skill building. The program content includes: experience of depression in general and in the school setting; depression and brain chemistry; strategies youth use to manage and heal; skills for positive connections and academic engagement; and hope and lessons learned from the journey.
